There are several approaches which can be used for chargeback delivery and chargeback disputing. For instance, chargeback information can be delivered by regular mail, fax, or e-mail. It can also be included into a special data file generated by the processor’s system, while some processors have special APIs to notify them when new chargeback are issued by customers of the merchants they are servicing.
